The Verdmont Childrens Foundation was started in 2006 with the commitment to contribute to children in Panama, Republic de Panama. The main focus of the foundation is to contribute to school children in low income areas with school supplies, uniforms and shoes. It is funded through donations from Verdmont Capital SA, its employees, owners, clients and friends.

Verdmont Capital SA pays for all of the foundation's administration fees; therefore 100% of gifts go to charitable causes. The Foundation does not have tax exempt status, thus gifts do not provide any tax benefit. Verdmont Childrens Foundation
